UTS Policy –
Three (3) Mandatory Vacation Days – UTS is closed between Christmas Eve and the first work day in January 2016. Applicable employees must use three (3) vacation days during the Christmas break: December 29^th, 30^th, and 31^st. If (20) vacation days have been accrued in FY 2016, (3) must be allotted toward Christmas vacation, with a remaining (17) that can be used throughout the rest of the year.
