Action Items for Returning Students

Below is a comprehensive look at everything returning students should complete by June 15th. If you have questions, please email The Office of Student Affairs at studentaffairs@uts.columbia.edu.

FINANCIAL AID 

Sign and submit your financial aid award letter. You will receive your award letter in your Union e-mail account from Nichelle Jenkins. The letter must be signed and submitted within two weeks from the date that you receive it.

CAMPUS SERVICES

Reserve on-campus housing by Submitting a Housing Application by June 15. Housing Application Fee is $50, due at the time of application. For security deposit and rent information, please read the 2016-2017 Housing Handbook

If you are interested in off-campus housing, visit Columbia University's Off-Campus Housing Guide (your UNI will allow you access to those valuable resources). 

Submit a Locker & Mailbox Form for Off-Campus Students by June 15.

Submit a Meal Plan Enrollment/Waiver Form by June 15.

STUDENT AFFAIRS

Submit a Health Insurance Enrollment Form or Health Insurance Waiver Form by June 15 

Submit a Disability Certificate by June 15 

Submit an Emergency Contact Form by June 15 

Submit the Student Directory FERPA Opt-Out Form by June 15. If you do not submit Student Directory FERPA Opt-Out form, your contact information (name, photo & email) is used in our student directory. The Student Directory is only accessible by members of the Union community.
